This is the official settlement website for Anita C. Deselms, et al., v. Occidental Petroleum Corporation, et al., Civil Action No. 19-CV-243-F (the “Lawsuit”).
Signal Interactive Media, LLC is the “Notice Manager” in this case. This Privacy Policy describes how the Notice Manager will collect, use, and share information relating to you (“Personal Information”) that we may obtain through this website and other websites (the “Websites”) maintained by the Notice Managers in connection with this case.
